Purosangue Saddles

More information coming soon!

The new Purosangue saddle was designed by Camillo Cavallin, the Ghost Treeless saddle maker. BUT this is different! The Purosangue has a polymer tree which won't change over time and will provide structure and stability.

These models are similar in some ways to the Setzi (which Camillo played a role in developing) but there are differences. They've been tested by endurance and trekking riders in Europe and the feedback was quite positive!

  • Stability vs. Setzi: While the structure is similar, the Cavallin design is superior because it eliminates those thick pads that often make the rider’s legs "wobble" or feel unstable.
  • Ultimate Close Contact: Feels like riding bareback but with the security of stirrups. Because the structure is integrated, you stay much closer to the horse's center of gravity.
  • Horse Biomechanics: Horses (accustomed to traditional saddles) showed improvement in freedom of movement. The integrated pad acts as a perfect buffer without the rigidity of a standard tree.
  • The Verdict: Highly technical and perfect for all levels of trail enjoyment and competition

A professional "stress-test" confirmed that the tree technology is top-tier for stability and horse comfort.

In my experience, I do recommend these saddles best for narrower Thoroughbred type shoulder/wither angles. I currently have 3 models in stock. They can also be viewed on the Ghost Current Inventory page and you can request a demo from the Ghost Demo page as well. But here are pics of the 3 I currently have followed by images of all current styles.
